How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in Auckland & Christchurch will be shipped by FTD, EFS, EMS or New Zealand Post depending on your choice.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because the postal companies does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items may be sent in separate packages so you may receive some items earlier.
